This site forms part of the ‘Bedminster Green’ redevelopment proposals which is a large scale redevelopment opportunity situated behind East Street and Malago Road. These two former commercial buildings are the subject of a soon to be submitted planning application for c245 new apartments in a high rise and high density living space.
Planning was gained by our Partner Dandarra for 295 units, Developments Bristol were locked into a contract for an uplift in the site value.
