The Former Mayors Arms PH, now in use as an ‘Indian’ Restaurant has been identified by the company as an ideal location for a residential student housing scheme. Its position in South Redcliffe, overlooking The Cut, adjacent to St Mary Redcliffe School and within easy walking distance of Temple Meads, local shops and the City Centre make for an ideal position for student living.

An application was submitted to the Council for a 73 bedroom scheme which was not well received and an Appeal and re-submission for a slightly amended scheme is being prepared which will hopefully address the minor concerns they had and result in an approval later in 2018.
