One of our purchases, the former Nailsea Library, near Bristol. This was purchased and an agreement made with the Lounge Group to convert the building into a new cafe/restaurant to bring life to Nailsea Town Centre. We were involved in the construction works including the Strip out , drainage and construction of rooms to the lower ground floor area to provide Toilets and kitchen area. We are also providing a 160 seat raised deck area around the building. We are now letting the property to loungers PLC , they own over 228 cafe Bars across England. The opening of the Livro Lounge was 14th August 2024.
