This was a legacy war and bomb-damaged site. Formally a rank of 3 shops adjacent to The London Inn in Bedminster. The land had been vacant and derelict since the 1940’s and had become the subject of anti-social behaviour through fly tipping and graffiti.

Planning permission was secured for the construction of a 3-storey building comprising 2500sqft of ground floor retail space with eleven 1 and 2 bedroom flats.

This development was a finalist in the Local Authority Building Control Building Excellence Awards 2016 when it achieved Best Small New Housing Development and Best Small Commercial Building Awards.
