Planning consent has been granted for the redevelopment of part of Nailsea High Street, designed by the architects' practice behind the grade-I listed visitors' centre at Clevedon Pier.
O'Leary Goss' plans include nine three-bed and one four-bed family homes plus a commercial unit, near the 18th century Royal Oak pub. The project will retain the stone walls of an original glassworks building, formerly used as a garage premises.
