The company collaborates with a number of established ‘group’ companies to deliver high quality new housing in Bristol and the surrounding areas.
The experience

Combining over 50 years’ experience in developing building projects between Directors and Partners; the company has developed a large number of building projects, conversion of existing buildings and multiple dwelling sites.
The partnership

In amalgamating a successful, established roofing and building business with a practicing Town Planning Professional; a knowledgeable and accomplished partnership was cultivated. The company has developed strong working relationships with a number of other built environment professionals and consultants, enabling and ensuring each development is created to the highest specification.
New opportunities

Developments Bristol is continually seeking new opportunities to purchase land and buildings, acquire sites on a ‘subject to planning’ basis; or embark upon a joint venture with any landowner or individual who wishes to sell their property or land.
